Many investors have indicated that they received false or misleading information from various sources prior to the appointment of the Trade Partners Receiver. This site will continue to provide information based upon various ongoing investigations. If that information is inconsistent with what you may have been told or promised, we would appreciate your sending us a brief statement by setting forth your name and contact information, what you were told, who said it, and when it was said. We are particularly interested to know at this point whether persons working for Trade Partners or Grand Bank n/k/a Macatawa bank made assurances that funds existed to pay premiums in the escrow accounts, when in fact the funds had been substantially depleted.Send your comments.
